Consignors wanting to earn more of their sales?
Consignors will earn an additional 5% of their sales for the first 2 shifts that they work. (Example - work 1 shift earn 65% of sales, work 2 shifts earn 70% of sales). Consignors that do not show up for a shift that they have signed up for will have their sales dropped to 45% of their sales.
CREW MEMBERS

Anyone can apply for a Crew Member position.
​
Crew Members are the third group to shop
​
Crew Members must work 1 shift to Shop early.​
​
Crew Members will be paid $8.00 an hour for each hour they work. ​
​
Crew Members that want shopping credit will have the option to choose 40.00 per shift for the 1st two shifts paid in shopping credit. Want to work more than 2 shifts - hourly rate will resume for shifts 3-9. Email us to sign up for shopping credit!

Crew Members may not work more than 9 of the 4 hour shifts

LEADS
Anyone that has worked 3 previous sales with us and a minimum of 1 sort and 1 check in shift, may apply for a Lead Position.

Leads are the second group to shop

Leads must work a minimum of 3 shifts
​
Leads will be compensated at a higher hourly rate than Crew
​
Leads that want shopping credit will have the option to choose a higher rate for the 1st two shifts paid in shopping credit. Want to work more than 2 shifts - hourly rate will resume for shifts 3-9. Email us to sign up for shopping credit!

Lead positions and openings will be determined by the All Aboard Owners
MANAGERS
​
Anyone that has worked 6 previous sales with us and a minimum of 2 sort and 2 check in shifts, may apply for a Manager Position.
​
Managers are the VERY first group to shop
​
Managers must work a minimum of 6 shifts
​
Managers will be compensated at a higher hourly rate than Leads
​
Managers that want shopping credit will have the option to choose a higher rate for the 1st two shifts paid in shopping credit. Want to work more than 2 shifts - hourly rate will resume for shifts 3-9. Email us to sign up for shopping credit!
